I wonder if anyone can help, I have a fiesta st line 68 plate and I keep receiving a message on the touch screen ‘ inserted usb device not recognised’ even when nothing is plugged in. It’s driving me insane, car play will not recognise either. The time keeps changing its self too which is really strange. 
I have contacted ford which has been a nightmare, they are unable to book me in u till 30th July and then will charge me £90 plus Vat for a diagnostic check.
