How do you remove the Intercooler?!

Hello all, I have spent the morning trying to remove the intercooler on my Fusion 1.6 TDCI. I can’t see how is it attached to the rad pack?

I had removed the two pipes and two bolts at the front, which I believe just attach 2 protective plastic covers to the IC. Tried lifting and wiggling but it’s not moving. Can’t see any other bolts! 
 

Can anyone help?

    The Radiator and condenser have to be lowered by about 4" - Haynes Manual 5566 Ch4B para 18.
