I own a Ford Fiesta zetec 1.0L Ecoboost, bought November 2017 ....so Mk 8, now just over 4 month inside the warranty period......Recently I have had trouble with first gear....the gears have never been super smooth; but now,( intermittently and particularly stopped at lights) there is a pronounced 'stick' in first gear, requiring me to thump it in from the shoulder with a lot of force! Has any one else had the same problem? .........This problem started just before lockdown, so I have not been back to the dealer since. On first reporting it, Ford Service said they could'nt do anything!....the problem has now got a lot worse in the last 2 months! .I would be grateful for any advice on this problem.
