P0303 Fault Code - Reoccurring

Hi,

On my ford fiesta, 14 plate, 1.2 petrol, had the above code (misfire cylinder 3), I changed the sparks, leads and coil pack, all went away for a month and the fault has come back.

I am not sure what to check next, like compression etc.

Could anyone advise please be much appreciated?

    I am still having this fault reoccur despite attempts at clearing fault and cleaning all connections.

    Does anyone have an idea on what the issue could be please?
