Hi guys, this morning I had an issue where the keyless entry on my 2019 focus wasn’t working and I had to use the button on the fob which was a first since I got it 2 months ago. Getting into the car I was greeted on the dash with ‘please turn ignition off or start engine’. I thought this weird, dunno if they’re connected but car started and drove ok.. anyone else experienced this?

    If you havent been driving much cos of.lockdown it's not serious.  If you have been driving then the car will need checking.

    Only bought the car three weeks ago so I imagine it was sitting for a period..in those three weeks I’ve been doing about 200 mile a week
