Bluetooth/ aux problems 2012 focus

Hey I've recently purchased a 2012 ford focus diesel 1.6 I love it, the only down side is the bluetooth/aux dont work,

 

When I press bluetooth it just says 'please wait.....' and throws me back to DAB ( the dab works)

I pulled the fuse under the passenger side 67(I think it was) .   I've also unplugged the battery for 15 mins it didnt even reset the radio 😫 all my pre sets are still there anyone know how I reset this radio to default? To try and get the bluetooth to work?  

I tried the aux too in the glove box too that doesn't work 🤦‍♂️ but the USB works to charge me phone any idea what gives?

    Did you ever fix this? Mine is having same issue and tried all the same things as you but had no luck
