Transit connect 2005 

Hello could anyone help
Driving home my transit connect 2005 just lost power, battery light came on van stalled, I pulled Into layby the van would turn over but not fire up. Why she did until I drained her battery, phoned recovery who dropped me and the van home we're I continued my investigation into said dead van.
I started by replacing the battery then the fuel filter and Finally because the computer brought up the fault code fuel rail pressure sensor. Still the van will turn over but not fire up. Fuel is getting to the plugs I checked also starts up whilst easy start is being sprayed into air intake.
It's had new injectors installed and coded by garage with warranty.
I aware my immobiliser was centre flashing orange now it seems to be right hand side over clock symbol flashing red acts exactly how my orange light dose flashes slowly turn ignition on 3 seconds later red light goes out.
Any ideas please
