I have a Ford fiesta 12 reg. I had the brake pads and discs done, also new break fluid, brakes bleed and check for air in the system (3 times)  The problem I am having is that most of the time the brakes are there and Sharpe but randomly the brakes are lower that normal and not so powerful. I have been to 2 garages and they are both at a loss of what to do next. It was floated around that it may be the ABS pump but they are not sure and reluctant  to do it as it is alot of money and may not solve the problem  - HELP!!!
