Problems with coolent

I have a few problems over the last month or 2 with my fiesta its a 60 plate 1.4 tdci at first I was driving to work and it started steaming from under the bonnet lifted the bonnet and it was my coolent tank and it.dumped all the liquid out I waited for it to cool and filled it back up and carried on with my journey to work when I got to work and looked under the bonnet there was a load of oil in the coolent tank so I got the aa out and they said it was the oil.cooler and.that the thermostat would need doing to so i have had them replaced and then my coolent was leaking but couldnt find were so had it back in to a garage found a crack in the tank so replaced the header box but still now must be atheist 5/6 weeks later in still losing coolent and have to fill.it up before every journey i have it looked at but they cant find any thing or were the coolent is going any help or advise appreciated
