my heater is blowning hot air out when its on the cold setting what can the problem be

    it will more than likely be the heater control valve located on the centre of the bulkhead under the bonnet, finis code 1451981 and are about 25-30 pounds, if its not this it may the the heater control panel itself with all the dials on it, but heater control valve is a very common problem
