2008 Fiesta Style 1.4TDCI Misfiring at 16,000 miles...

Hi New here, hello and hope someone can help.  I have a 2008 Style 1.4 ddci with only 16k on the clock but for many years it as misfired when driven.   Its getting worse.  Ford replaced an injector and seals on no3 back in 2013.   Recently we followed some codes and replaced - fuel filter, used fuel additive/treatment and the maf sensor and an air temp(sensor) sensor.   My gut feeling having read lots about this I think is its the injector seals.   Do the injectors come out  fairly easily?
