tow bar removal

Featured Replies

trying too remove my tow bar. the electrics have all been spliced into the loom professionally. will i need too unsolder these joints or can i just cut the wires and tape the ends without causing any problems?

thanks in advance anyone who can help.

I would not just rely on tape I would either crimp on insulate female bullets or secure in connector block and tape up with self amalgamating tape.

Don't see why you cannot cut the wires, it is no different then having no trailer or caravan connected.
