My 2019 Ford Transit Connect Van has on the  last 4 months suffered a reoccurring audio problem which resulted in a loss of sound to the radio, satellite navigation system reversing warning sound and door open warning chimes. The van has been inspected by ford dealers on 4 occasions without a permanent fix being found. A upgrade and a master upgrade to the system did result in restoring the audio to all devices however within 3 days the problem reoccurred. Now the sat Nav system frequently freezes. Any suggestions please.
