2006 Ford Fiesta MK6.5 Transponder type

Featured Replies

Hi

Does anyone know whether the transponder for a 2006 Facelift Fiesta Mk6.5 is a 4D63 40bit chip or 4D63 80bit chip? I'm looking to program a set of spare keys via Forscan.

Thanks

Hi,

used ID 4D63 40Bit on my 58 reg.

   ciao.

Thanks, were you able to program by using the option to add a spare key, or did you have to wipe all keys first? Also, do you recommend OEM or will aftermarket chips off ebay/aliexepress do the trick?

Hi,

car came with one key, chips came from Honrow.com, added spare keys.

   ciao
