I bought in August 2020 the new ford focus Station wagon Active 1.5 ecoblue.
I noticed from the first km whenever it circulates at 130/140 km / h on the highway, a vibration of the chassis and steering.
The car was once the two different ford workshops in Portugal and after doing the road test and checking the wheel calibration I was told in both workshops that it is a normal vibration for this model given the type of reinforced suspension that was equipped in this Active model.
Does anyone have this experience with this model that can help me understand if it is even normal?

Same problem with me... They told me this is normal. ahahaha

I think you should do a wheel calibration and go again to workshop.

I did it and it seems to be a little bit better but still some vibrations at those speeds.

Get used to Ford calling normal and characteristic of the car everything they can't diagnose or that gives them too much trouble during warranty...

 

Dois conselhos de alguém que, infelizmente, perdeu a paciência com os concessionários Ford em Portugal e com a Ford Lusitana:

- É característica? Peçam por escrito essa situação ao concessionário com o conhecimento da Ford, assinado e justificado. Especialmente durante o tempo de garantia!

- Se é característica peçam para experimentar um carro da frota igual ao vosso para ver se tem o mesmo comportamento.

 

Se vos disserem que não então meus amigos...não é característica e eles sabem que se passa alguma coisa.
