Radio and speedometer not working

So when i first bought my car which is a 2012 ford focus se the speedometer didnt work and then a week after i had it the radio stopped working and it only says welcome ford audio and i took it into the shop to have it diagnosed and they said it was a faulty ground but i checked them all and cleaned them all up and im still having the same problem and I really only care about the radio right now because i can use the cruise control to tell me how fast im going is there anyone on here that had the same problen as me and can help me out please?
