I use a Garmin Nuvi 65LM and it was in my car that was recently stolen.   I particularly like that model and all my addresses were backed up so I bought one that was being sold on eBay.   It is absolutely fine except for the data cable which isn't an original Garmin lead.   It is difficult to use without the original Garmin cable so I contacted Garmin to see if I could purchase a new one.   They are sending me one free of charge.   That's what I call service.

    Garmin in have allways given great service, I've had nothing but good service from them, they even serviced my street pilot 3 for free after it got damaged on my motorcycle.
