Hands Free and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a 66 ST3 and until recently the hands free worked fine. Now every time I try and use the voice command to call someone the reply is "No contacts found". If you look in the contacts list on the car though they're all there so I don't get "No contacts found". Here's what I've done thus far

Deleted the phonebook and uploaded again.

Deleted the phone and added it again.

Master reset.

Removed fuse 24 and replaced it.

Cleared the cache on my phone.

Removed other bluetooth apps from my phone.

Ford had a quick look when it was last serviced, found nothing but they did disconnect the battery.

The thing is that if my wife connects her phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) the voice command works fine. I know that makes it phone related but I just don't get what it could be. Anyone have any ideas what else I could try please, beyond "Buy a new phone" :-)

Thanks,

Mike.

Have you checked the permissions settings on the phone?
Maybe you need to reauthorise the access permissions.
