Sync 3 USB music problems

Featured Replies

Hi chaps,

New to all this Sync 3 lark.

Have 32gb sandisk usb formated to fat 32

Have all my music in folders named after artist

Then album folders

Placed usb into fiesta, let it index, although I don't see an indexing progress bar, and not sure if I would.

Plays music OK, shows track name, but when I tap the browse button, get message saying Browse currently unavailable.

Tried all sorts new usb etc, reindex still no joy

All tracks are in supported formats, mp3 mp4 etcc

Any ideas please.

Cheers

Thanks Stoney, will try, but manual says fat 32

Never had any media problems from exFat drives.
Fat32 used to be ok when sync was windows based, now it's based on blackberry architecture but Ford are slow on the uptake as usual.

Oh right OK mate, that manual does seem a bit sketchy in areas, nothing beats personal recommendations so will certainly give your suggestion a try in the morning mate.

Thanks very much again for your speedy help.

Cheers
