Sync 3 screen problem

Hi, I have a Titanium X 2020 petrol auto. Whilst changing settings using Sync 3 screen - it went blank. On driving off it showed the rear camera for a few seconds [while travelling forward] then stayed totally blank with the radio playing, which will not respond to the on/off button - and is still playing with the car parked and locked an hour ago.

Obviously, the software has got itself in a twist - how can I reset it????? without a trip to the local Ford agent.

Any help/suggestions welcomed

    THANKS FOR LOOKING - as I thought a siftware issue.   After 2+ hours of the radio playing to itself - it suddenly switched off.    and now responds to all the controls.

    If it does it again you just need to do a soft reset on the sync3 . Power off and seek up . Its in the handbook
