malfunction Focus 2012 Front Left Inner Parking Sensor

I have a malfunction alert coming up on my display ( Focus 2012 ) and I bought a icraft tester and it shows as inner front Left sensor fault. 

Can I ask is this an easy fix or how do I get to the sensor to replace. Fords are saying they need to know the type and I can ONLY see dropping the bumper is the only solution.

What is the process to repair this fault.
