Sync problems

Featured Replies

Can someone help. I have been trying to find out what sync version I have installed in my vehicle, the manual just covers all versions. I have a Feb '19 plate ecoboost. It does'nt have the inbuilt Satnav, just voice control and touchcreen and DAB.   The reason Is the old 'chestnut'  of my Fiesta will not connect with my Nokia Android 10. My old Nokia fine , but the new one nope. It pairs but will not connect. My Android bluetooths with everything else, so I know thats ok, but will my sync -sync?-- no chance. I tried all the resets , restarts, clearances I can find. Any other ideas as taking it to the dealer is not a good idea at the moment plus its a 60 mile round trip. Thanks for any advice
