Lowering Fiesta st180

Featured Replies

I have recently bought a 2017 Fiesta st that has already been lowered however when going over even the smallest speedbump or ramp the front splitter grinds against the floor and i cant stand it anymore, I'm looking at installing either new lowering springs or coil overs onto the car. my question is what is the most i could drop the car while avoiding the splitter grinding itself against the floor? any help would be much appreciated

20mm all round seems a good all-rounder. It looks a little stupid if you go much more (and is impractical like you said). Anything less than 20mm isn't really noticeable, you might aswell save your money and drive round with a couple bricks in the boot and under the front seats lol.

Do you know which springs are currently installed?

I'd agree with Luke and go with 20mm drop, would be the Eibach Pro Kit for me.  But even 20mm drop will scrape in some places so you'd have to check that you're currently lower than that.
