Here's one for ya ( Identify this broken part game)

Featured Replies

Hi

I was cleaning my 2019 Fiesta Vignale today and gave it a good old vac.

Only owned it a couple of months it had one very careful previous owner.

I've attached 3 photos of a black plastic piece I found under the front passenger seat on the floor.

I've put a piece of sellotape on to hold the 2 broken pieces together where they appear to have come apart, in a hope someone here maybe able to identify from the photos what this part is  and if its even a Ford part at all.

Only other help I can be is recently had dashcam hard wired to fuse box, could it maybe a part the fitter knackered then just chucked it under passenger seat, when they accused the fuse box?

I had a good look under front passenger seat with a powerful torch but couldn't see any clues

It measures 5 cm along the length

Thanks guys for looking.

It covers the end of the seat runner.  This exact question was asked about a week ago. 🤭

Yeah you can leave it off, they've only recently started fitting them.  Not sure if it's just for looks or whether it's meant to stop dust clogging up the runner but we seemed to manage for years without them.
