2012 Passenger door mirror indicator not working

Noticed the other day that the indicator bulb in the passenger door mirror is not working.  The front and rear passenger side indicators are working, so is the electronic mirror adjust.  I replaced the actual lens and bulb at the weekend, and was surprised it still didn't work.  Any clues why this wouldn't be working (on the basis the other indicators are working and it must be getting power if the door mirror can be electronically adjusted).

    The plug could have got loose and so the fold motor got power and not the indicator, otherwise check that the wires running through the mirror to the bulb haven't gotten broken, you can do this by checking continuity between the plug on the mirror and the indicator bulb socket
