Rattling sound from engine bay (video included)

I'm going to try to add as much detail as I can here in the hope of a response.
My Fiesta Mk 6 engine is rattling or something, it almost sounds like a hole in the exhaust, but will disappear at high revs or when the car exceeds 30 mph.
I was under the car today looking at the heat shield and for a 12 year old car it really is in good condition.
Everything 'appears' to be as it should.
However after looking online I'm in the dilemma of 'everyone has a similar issue and blames different part'
I'd like a solid answer if possible please or at least be able to narrow it down to a few things.
