you knowledgeable lot,

 i've recently replaced my petrol flap on my 2015 fiesta ecoboost.  The replacement flap is not the same blue so i will need to repray it so it will match.   Using the VIN number check (https://www.etis.ford.com/selectedVehicleDetails.do) the paint colour is confirmred as  Deep Impact Blue (metallic).  The code on the drivers door is 2D.   

I bought this spray paint below from ebay - thinking it would match - but the code on the can does not match (but paint description does).

Hycote FORD Deep Impact Blue Spray Paint Auto Enviro Can XDFD730

Does anyone know if the above spray will match my car colour before I break the seal on the spray can?    If not, can you recommend an alternative supplier for a tin of the correct paint I need?

    I would get a genuine Ford can of paint, it is always a great colour match ( I have had 2 Fiesta’s in Deep Impact Blue & my parents have a B-max in this colour too). I have heard that Hycote paints are usually a bit off the mark on colour match.
