Gear changes and RPM

Hi all,

I have recently got a clutch and a gearbox change and maybe im just over thinking it but I need someone I can cross check some details about my car

My car asks for gear changes quicker and it revs quicker than before so at 20mph I change to 3rd, at 30mph I change to 4th gear and about 40-45mph I change to 5th (I change at around 3k revs)

Before the clutch & gearbox change I used to change into 3rd gear at 30mph, change into 4th at 40mph and change into 5th at 50mph also at around 3-3.5k revs

When on the motor way doing 70mph in 5th my car is at a constant rev just below 3.5k 

does this sound right???? or has the mechanic botched the change

 

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta 1L eco boost petrol
