Mk6 passenger door problem?

First pic shows the passenger side door shut. 

Second picture shows the same but at the top. 

As you can see, the top of the door is sticking out. 

Any ideas? 

Can it be sorted?

    Looks like someone has tried to open car by bending door and sliding coat hanger to open door.

    Lower window and bend top off door in - do a bit at a time don't try and bend in one go. Overbending could cause more damage.

    Sounds a bit risky. 

    Never done anything like this before. 

    How would I even start to try and bend it?

    Have someone hold door open, wind window down grab top of window frame and push gently.
