Featured Replies

Hi

i need to remove my mk8 door card,  i have a vibration when speakers on , top of the door somewhere

its just the window switch pack its hard to

remove i have unclipped the top but the bit by the armrest i cant pull out

thanks

Pain the ***** they are.

Once you've unclipped the nearest edge to you, you need to put a couple of wedges in-between switch pack and door card to force it away a little. Then lift up vertically both ends of switch pack.

Well done , that shows exactly what I was describing about the wedges.

I've had this off twice and it was a pain each time...wish I had that pdf rather than doing it blind...saved for future reference, thanks Ahmad good find 👍

Thank you to both of you 😊😊

Would it be easier to remove the door card instead or do you need to remove the switch panel to access fixings to remove the card?

Gotta take switch panel off to access screws holding door card to the door unfortunately, its a right pain 😵
