Help- new alternator but no help

Hi my Ford Fiesta 60 plate will be driving and all electrics go off power steering then will come bk on after few seconds then the battery dies ... have replaced alternator and battery still coming up with the same problem .... garage is scratching heads so I’m stuck anyone that can help? Thanks

    You need to find someone who knows how to properly diagnose the charging circuit. No good chucking parts at it. 
     

    At a guess a loose connection or broken wire somewhere might give an intermittent fault like that but it needs to be tested and proven where that fault lies.
