Hello.  Does anyone here work for Ford?

I'd just like to know what their service management protocol is.  

They've had my car for over a week now and apart from me calling them a few days ago I have heard nothing.

I've worked in it service for decades and part of customer satisfaction is to keep the customer informed, even if it is to tell them that you've nothing to tell them.

I just would have expected better communication than this.
