Hi had a new clutch fitted in August since I've had it done the peddle is very high and also if I put it in gear it moves when my foot is NOT on the acceleratior and eating fuel I took it back 2 times and they say it ok I've driven Diesel for 40 years and never had this problem and sometimes even in Neutral it starts to move I believe that a diesel car has more torque but driving me mad any one got any ideas 👍🤔

Is it hydraulic or cable operated clutch if it’s hydraulic it sounds like there is a problem with the slave cylinder seeping fluid past the seals
