If you got the lead flashing round your house chimney replaced, that would still not fix a leak if water was coming down a rotten window frame. I repeat, does not matter what product you use, it will only work if directed at where the water is finding it's way in. Why don't you hire a 'smoke generator' and place in boot, then see where smoke is escaping? Then when you know where the leak is, you can fix it...

It's been raining today and its still leaking which is annoying. I'll have to try the roof welds more as ive covered most of the other places. such a pain

lol I did but isnt it only a few places these cars leak from? hinges, lights, roof welds?

Check if the boot is properly aligned. If not then have it aligned
