I bought a fiesta ecoboost a few weeks ago and opened the bonnet up to top of washer fluid and noticed this bolt/fitting is missing from the top of the turbo as can be seen in the photo. 
 

can anyone advise what this is? Originally I thought it was to hold down the heat shield however there are no internal threads.
