Clutch pedal issue?

Featured Replies

Hi, I am new here, I was looking for advice. Last night my clutch stuck to the floor when I pulled it up the black rod fell down. I believe the rod fits in to the masterclyinder and the white clip behind the clutch pedal, my question is, why has this falling out should it not be built in to the master?

ive added a photo of the bit which is from google, any help advice would be appreciated

Not worked on your model of vehicle however I have seen a situation on some vehicles where the clutch master cylinder seal twisted back to front/ or inside out and held the clutch pedal down. Possibly with you pulling the pedal upward you have disconnected the retaining clip. If it’s the case it will need a new replacement seal kit or master cylinder
