2015 Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost 125 heater fan not working at all

Featured Replies

The heater fan is not working at all in our 2015 Fiesta Ecoboost 125. It is the Titanium model which comes with climate control.

There is literally no fan at all, the knobs all seem to do what you would expect but it is 100% silent and no fan output. We just checked the fuse and that was OK, any recommendations on what to check next?

I saw a post that mentions swapping the  "blower motor relay with the cooling fan relay" which I did reply to, but as that is an old one I thought that I should start a new post.

Should I try swapping the relays next?

Any other recommendations?

I searched the forum as best as I could (new here so apologies if I missed anything) and I see a few posts that mention the heater fan only working on max setting, but ours just has no fan at all.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Also swapped over the relays and it was still not working.

Drove it for a day with no heating blower (just using the heated windscreen) and randomly it has all started working again.

Any ideas?
