mk8 Fiesta Active Front USB

hello all,

I have a mk8 fiesta active and I believe the front USB next to the shifter is buggered. the android auto connection might last 5 seconds IF it connects. i have recently got a new phone (Galaxy S20 Ultra from an S9)and it still does it and I have also tried 3 or 4 different cables and it still happens.

even then the charge time is 6hours plus when its normal between an hour and 15 to 2 hours depending of the charger etc.

Am I right in saying its buggered and that it needs looking at?
