Positioning Of Mk6 Side Stripes ..

Featured Replies

Ok people,

When I bought my car last year, between looking at it and collecting it the garage had managed to damage the paint work on drivers door. So they corrected this free of charge, it was almost a year since this was done.

I now however, have a problem that the bottom corner of this door the lacquer is now starting to peel. Would the garage have painted this far down and could be to blame?

Anyway, I cant really afford to get this re-done so as the damage lies in the exact line of a side stripe, my plan is to put the decal over the damage to protect it.

Does anyone have any pictures of the stripes they could put up so I could see positioning etc to make sure it will indeed cover it?

Thanks,

Gaz
