Stereo up grade

Featured Replies

Good Afternoon all,

I seem to have come to a dead end.  Please can anyone help.

I have a 2012 ford Mondeo Titanium X Sport, with a sony factory fitted stereo.  It also has the voice sync command on the stalk, this control the stereo, heating and phone call.  I am trying to upgrade the stereo to have a sat nav, but do not wish to lose the voice control capability.

I have spoken to ford and they reckon it can not be done, however I have seen the same cars with the sat nav in and my owners manual explains how to use voice command for a sat nav if your car is fitted, so surely it can be done.

Please, Please can anyone suggest is it a new harness or is it a plug and play????

Dave
