Basically, I have had the car just over a year and it has had trouble starting here and there, I’ve brought it to a few garages and they’ve swapped the timing belt, changed the fuel filter etc thinking that they fix the problem but it always comes back. I’ve included videos of the problem. Any help or ideas on the problems would be greatly appreciated!

 I feel like the trouble starting is only getting worse. It usually starts after a while and then drives fine but sometimes it doesn’t start and I really want to know why, no mechanics I’ve brought it to can help me. 

(I am also not pressing the accelerator, only turning the key)

From listening to it starting ,  I’m assuming from a cold engine . It gives me the impression of glow plugs or lack of fuel pressure. The reason for saying this , the engine seems to try and start on one cylinder then carry it until it fires up on the remaining cylinders.
