Leaking injector seals

Hi there! I’m after some advice on my mk4 2.2 transit. I noticed my van was leaking on injectors 3 and 4. I’ve replaced the O rings and top seals and thought I would replace the glow plugs as it was struggling to start cold and blowing smoke out when it finally fired up. I noticed the glow plugs were caked up in oil and it’s started leaking again on cylinders 3 and 4 through the injector seals. I’m stumped as what could be the problem... any advice? Many thanks!

    hi the top of my injector is leaking looks like a dust cap has came loose is they anywere I can buy replacement part
