2014 Fiesta 1.25 Petrol Fuel System

Featured Replies

Hi,

Just had a few questions on fuel system on the above car and struggling to find right answers:

1. Does this car have a fuel filter and it's location/interval?

2. Does the engine have a MAF or MAS sensor and location?

3. Are there any common pipes or hoses that split that could cause a misfire?

4. Do the injectors generally fail or are they fairly robust?

Have a misfire on cylinder 3, sparks, coils and HT leads all changed, same fault intermittent. 54k miles

Thank you.

Check the gap on the spark plug also could be a bad injector, if you swap cycling 2's injector does it move to cylinder 2?

Thank you. What should the gap be?

Can you swap them round as thought they were on a fixed rail?
