What Mk is my Ford Fiesta Zetec 2006 - and what type of petrol cap would it require?

When I last went to fill up, I realised I'd lost my petrol cap - I'd clearly forgotten to put it on the previous time  (the 'cord' on my petrol cap broke some time ago so I got into the habit of putting the cap on the car roof, while filling the tank).  I now realise it's more complicated than I realised to get a replacement cap...  I have 3 questions:

1. Can anyone advise what Mk my car is?   (Different Fiesta online histories and ebay Compatibility grids indicate it is a Mk5 or Mk6)?
2. Whether it requires the 'screw' or 'twist and lock' style of petrol cap?  
3. Is there some part of the VIN number or the Variant number which would enable me to identify the correct type of petrol cap?

My car details are below:

Fiesta Zetec Climate Control  1.4.    5 Door Hatchback.  Petrol.   1388CC, 59kW
Variant:  FXJA1,  Version EURO45BDB  KB
VIM: WF0HXXWPJH6A80753
First registered in UK in Dec 2006 - looks as if it was made in Valencia in Nov 2006

I'd be very grateful for any advice.

    Known as Mk6 in the UK but you can't trust eBay descriptions of marks.  You're looking for '2002 - 2008' model years.

    Screw cap only as the lock is on the external flap.
