Hi

I have a ford fiesta 09 titanium.

My radio unit has stopped working, it will sometimes start on initial start up of the engine but after a while the radio will cut out and the controls on the head unit or the steering wheel don't work. I have recently purchased a new radio and it hasn't fixed the problem. 

Has anyone else had this problem? I was wondering maybe there is a loose connection or if I have purchased a faulty stereo or if there is a problem with the control panel?

Any help would be much appreciated
