Hi my 2019 Fiesta Vignale passenger door does not unlock from outside using the grooved sensor im sure it used to have i turned it off accidentally ?

    To unlock you put your hand behind the handle, the grooved sensor is for locking.

    You will find that this stops working if the car battery is a bit low, it's just one of the systems that goes off to save battery drain.

    Thank you Mark for that, yes the battery is a bit low its been stuck in the garage because of Covid i asked Ford about this when it was in for its first service last week and they were useless they said only the drivers door opened like this.
