Fiesta 2008 (58 reg) obd fuse.. where? Also mileage clock and cigarette fuses...

Hi all I have a fiesta reg FY58NNK. I joined the AA smart breakdown and am on my second smart breakdown device but it's still not picking up any info so therefore I am wondering if the obd port has a fuse that's blown? If so where?  Not sure if related but ever since I had to have it repaired a couple of years ago the clock doesn't keep time (always resets to 7o clock when ignition been turned off!). Same with the mileage... Obviously the actual overall mileage unaffected but the miles done resets every time ignition off. And the cigarette lighter port and aux port in the middle don't work. I'm guessing a few fuses but are any of these linked and where can I find the fuses for the obd, aux, lighter and clock/mileage?
