Sync 3 intermittent sound fading issue

Hey, im seeking advice on a mk5 mondeo sync 3 intermittent issue.  When using Bluetooth or the apple car play the sound fades on the nearside speaker front and rear to almost silent while still playing at the selected level on the offside front and rear. The usb has been changed the entire sync 3 unit has been changed.  The radio still plays through all speakers while fault is present when using mobiles fault occurs on both iphone and samsung.  Anyone else had this issue.
