Fiesta won't open at all, central locking and manual lock doesn't work

Hi All,

I know it's been cold these last few days and usually my wee fiesta can handle it. Today it won't open at all. I think there might be a battery drain to add to the mix.

Using the manual lock on the drivers door doesn't activate the solenoid. I can hear a mechanism move a little but the central locking doesn't move at all.

Anyone got any advice? I think I might have to break in or try breaking open the bonnet to charge battery (if that's even the issue).
