Bluetooth error Ford stereo

Hello, I posted elsewhere but have now found the transit forum. I have a 2018 transit connect, and while I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth stereo, it cuts out after about 15 seconds and then keeps trying to reconnect. 1% of the time it connects fine aand I can play music but the rest of the time it just disconnects. Any advice on this? I tried finding the fuse, to try and reset the whole stereo but can't even find the main fuse box (hence my other forum post).
